JetBlue is enhancing their TrueBlue Digital experience in the very near future. The new enhancements will include a state of the art interface and a new TrueBlue portal which will be easier to navigate on all your devices.
One of the new features I am excited about is Points Pooling formerly Family Pooling. This is a new and improved way for you and up to six of your family members or friends to pool points together. Listed below are the new and enhanced features of Points Pooling.
- You can pool from 2-7 members of all ages, family or not.
- Members can now contribute 100% of their points to the pool. Now members can redeem or leave the pool with their unused points balance whenever they choose.
- The Pool Leader (In family pooling it wa called Head of Household) can now designate other members to redeem from the pooled balance.
- THe Pool Leader can customize the name of the pool.
I loved the Family Pooling concept and now am even more excited with the ew program they are rolling out. One thing to mention if you are currently enrolled in Family Pooling it will automatically change over to Points Pooling.
